Description

CASA VERAO is a modern pool villa situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Sesmarias.

On the ground floor there is the living room, dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room with dining area, air conditioning and pellet stove has direct access to the large, partially covered terrace.
There is lounge furniture and a dining table for 6 people.
A few steps down is the pool area with outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The modern kitchen, which also has access to the terrace, is equipped with all important appliances.
Both bedrooms on the ground floor have an en suite bathroom and air conditioning.

The bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, an en suite bathroom and access to a large terrace. There is also lounge furniture and a sea view.

There is a parking space with a sun awning on the property.

To the centre of Carvoeiro or to the larger beaches you need 5 minutes by car.

Several restaurants and a supermarket are within 10 minutes walking distance. Diagonally opposite the house there is a footpath that leads to the cliff path (eastwards to Carvoeiro and further to Armacao de Pera and westwards to Ferragudo).

Area Information

Sesmarias is one of the places where you can enjoy a quiet holiday. It is located between the centre of Carvoeiro and the fishing village of Ferrangudo.
In and around Carvoeiro, beauty salons, gyms, a diving school, many golf courses, tennis and equestrian centres and water parks are open for visitors. Various banks, German and British doctors are based in Carvoeiro.
At Benagil there is a fantastic sandy beach with a bar and restaurants with breathtaking views. Tours can be booked in fishing boats through the magical caves.
Within 25 minutes by car you have reached, among others, ceramic shops, the Zoomarine and the Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia, which also has an English cinema. Cliff Richard's award-winning wine shop Vida Nova, located next to the Algarve Shopping Centre, is well worth a visit.
In Portimão, you can stroll along the picturesque river and sample Portuguese cuisine with excellent wines in one of the many restaurants.
Take a boat trip along the coast to visit the caves or watch dolphins! You can visit the new Aqua Portimão shopping centre where you will find Primark, H&M, Mango, Springfield, Bershka, Massimo Dutti and many more shops. There are good restaurants and cafés, plenty of parking along with entertainment for the children.
The picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo with its small shops, galleries, restaurants and bars is another worthwhile recommendation.
The Algarve has a light, cooling breeze during the summer.
There are countless beautiful beaches with beach bars and restaurants.

The final price quoted includes VAT, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, pool and garden maintenance.

ELECTRICITY AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE FOR ALL BOOKINGS RECEIVED FROM 17.05.2025.

Baby cot and high chair are provided by us on request, but must be ordered when the contract is signed.
