You have fast, stable internet up to 200Mbit in all rooms as well as in the outdoor area and on the roof terrace.
The villa has 3 very large, tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV, all bathrooms have a shower, one additionally has a corner bath.
The fully equipped kitchen and the utility room with washing machine and dryer were only renewed in 2022.
The villa has central air conditioning and heating (extra 28Cent/KWH). The kidney-shaped pool can be heated (extra 28Cent/KWH). From November to March, electricity (28 cents/KWH) and water (2 €/sqm) are charged according to consumption.
The mature garden with lawns is stylishly planted with palms and other native plants. You will find a small garden pond and a rock garden. Various seating groups invite you to linger.
From the covered roof terrace with barbecue area you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Aerea Description

Guests can either swim in the heated private pool (extra cost) or the pretty Praia do Carvalho, which is a 5-minute walk away.

It is also called the Smugglersbay.

Carvoeiro is a 5-minute drive away.

Also several golf courses can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes.
