is a spacious, two-storey south-east-facing villa in a very quiet and private location, yet only a few minutes' drive from the centre of Carvoeiro, the Benagil caves and all amenities.

The property is secured with an electric gate. From here, a paved driveway leads to the main entrance of the villa.

On the ground floor is the entrance hall with pellet stove, which provides access to the open-plan living area with a separate TV room and dining room. Both the living room and the TV room are equipped with a fireplace.
Furthermore, the ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom en suite with shower and bidet, the spacious kitchen with large gas hob, 2 ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kitchen island. There is also a guest toilet with urinal on the lower floor.
The kitchen offers access to a shaded patio, while the spacious, covered outdoor terrace with seating is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.

On the upper floor, which you reach via a staircase secured with a gate for children, you will find a gallery and 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has an box spring bed, a marble heating panel and built-in wardrobes. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, infrared heating, towel warmer and urinal.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, bidet and infrared heating.
Both bedrooms have access to a shared terrace - from here a staircase leads to the small roof terrace.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fly screens. There is a solar system for hot water and satellite TV.

Right next to the villa there is a shaded outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, ideal for cosy barbecues and al fresco dining.

Outside there is also a spacious, covered terrace with a dining table and chairs as well as additional seating. From here, a stone staircase leads down to the pool level, which is equipped with sun loungers. The swimming pool measures approx. 7 x 15 metres.

The villa is surrounded by a natural garden with a garden pond. By the pond you will find a shady pergola and seating, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The spacious driveway offers parking for several vehicles.

There are surveillance cameras on the premises, but these are switched off when the property is rented out.
