Casa Presa Moura is located in a quiet complex presa Moura in Sesmarias, a neighbourhood of Carvoeiro.

The terraced corner house has a separate entrance. From the entrance area you enter the large living room with dining and work area. It has access to a terrace with fantastic views over a nature reserve to the sea. On the same floor is the large kitchen and a guest toilet.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower floor. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and access to a terrace.

The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a fireplace in the living room.

Area Description

Sesmarias is one of the places where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday. It is located between the centre of Carvoeiro and the fishing village of Ferrangudo.
In and around Carvoeiro there are beauty salons, gyms, a diving school, many golf courses, tennis and riding centres and water parks open to visitors. Various banks, German and British doctors are located in Carvoeiro.
At Benagil there is a fantastic sandy beach with a bar and restaurants with breathtaking views. You can book tours in fishing boats through the magical caves.
Within 25 minutes by car you can reach ceramic shops, the Zoomarine and the Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia, which also has an English cinema. Cliff Richard's award-winning wine shop Vida Nova, located next to the Algarve Shopping Centre, is well worth a visit.                                                 
In Portimão, you can stroll along the picturesque river and sample Portuguese cuisine with excellent wines in one of the many restaurants.

Take a boat trip along the coast to visit the caves or go dolphin watching! You can visit the new Aqua Portimão shopping centre where you will find Primark, H&M, Mango, Springfield, Bershka, Massimo Dutti and many more shops. There are good restaurants and cafés, plenty of parking facilities along with entertainment for the children.
The picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo with its small shops, galleries, restaurants and bars is another worthwhile recommendation.
The Algarve has a light, cooling breeze during the summer.
There are countless beautiful beaches with beach bars and restaurants.

In the months of January, February, March, November and December, electricity is charged according to consumption (25 cent/KWh).

The final price quoted includes VAT, bed linen, towels, water, electricity (except in the winter months).

Baby cot and high chair are available on request, but must be ordered when the contract is signed.
