Property Description

Casa Papaya is located in the quiet, well-kept Colina Branca complex with communal pool.

The centre of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities is just a 5-minute walk away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

From the entrance area you reach the spacious, bright living room with dining area, air conditioning and fireplace.

The sheltered terrace, which is accessible from the living room, offers a marvellous view over the rooftops of Carvoeiro to the sea.

The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher is located on the entrance level.

A staircase leads to the lower floor. Here are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other with two single beds as well as a further bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other a shower.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have a small balcony.

From the living area, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with fantastic sea views.

There is a covered parking space for your vehicle in front of the entrance.

Smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

Aera Description

The former fishing village of Carvoeiro has developed into a popular holiday resort over the years.

It is located in the centre of the Algarve and is the ideal starting point for exploring the region.

This includes coastal walks, the Monchique Mountains with more than 900 metres of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to the capital Lisbon (journey time approx. three hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (journey time approx. two hours).

A hire car is recommended for exploring the Algarve.

It will take you to the nearest larger towns such as Portimão, Albufeira or Lagoa, or to the countless beautiful beaches, in a short time. Swimming is possible almost all year round.

In the immediate vicinity you will find equestrian centres, water parks, the Zoomarine, several golf courses, tennis centres, large shopping centres and plenty of water sports facilities.
For hikers, the cliffs are a worthwhile destination for an exploration tour, as is the hinterland with its countless hiking trails.
