Property Description
The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable and will always be remembered. It is equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
The apartment includes a living room with separate dining area, a bedroom, a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances incl dish washer and the entrance area from which you can access the terrace.
Living room and bedroom are equipped with TV, air conditioning (extra) which also has heating.
From the living room and the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The furnishings and equipment promise a pleasant stay and includes, among other things, WiFi, satellite TV (flat screen), with many German, English and other channels, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning (extra), etc.
The distance to the beach is just 5 minutes walk and just around the corner you will find a supermarket, 2 restaurants, snack bar and cafe. Supermarkets like Aldi, Intermarche, Apolonia and Pingo Doce are only a 5 minute drive away.
The apartment is due to its complete renovation and its heating ideal for wintering.

The beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment Casa Miguel is located directly on the cliffs just outside Carvoeiro in a very quiet location (dead end)
Carvoeiro is a 20-minute walk down a narrow path along the cliffs.
A supermarket, snack bar, pizzeria and other nice restaurants can be found within a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest golf course, Vale do Milho, is just a 7-minute walk away.
We have more apartments next door so you can spend your holidays with several couples or families.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement liegt direkt an der am Meer (Steilküste) und lädt zum Wandern und Spazieren mit einem atemberaubenden Blick ein. Der Sandstrand zum Baden ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit Grill! Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub! Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Die Terrassen der Nachbarwohnungen grenzen unmittelbar an und die Trennmauer ist nicht sonderlich hoch, was die Privatsphäre ein bisschen stören kann. Casa Miguel hat alles für einen entspannenden Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder hier auf der Homepage sind absolut aussagekräftig und nicht geschönt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auf der Dachterrasse ist alles, was man braucht und der Blick ist traumhaft schön. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Ausstattung mit moderner Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Wittmann war von Buchung über Ankunft bis Abreise hervorragend. In der Küche fehlten zu Beginn ein paar Kleinigkeiten, diese wurden sofort ergänzt. In direkter Umgebung sind kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Restaurants, eine größere Auswahl findet man direkt in Carvoeiro und große Supermärkte sind in Lagoa (5 KM entfernt). Der nächste Strand ist zu Fuss ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt.

Traumhafte Lage
5/5 Aufenthalt im Aug. 2020 Werner M. Direkter Blick aufs nahe Meer von Wohnung im ersten Stock und der großen Terasse. Strand fussläufig in 5-10 Minuten. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht weit weg. Unterstützung durch Herrn Wittmann perfekt. Casa Miguel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Harald hat uns bei der COVID-gebeutelten Anreise super unterstützt und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Das Haus liegt wunderbar an der Steilküste und hat herrliche Blicke aus den Fenstern und vor allem von der schönen Dachterrasse (die auch sehr brauchbar möbliert ist mit Liegestühlen, Auflagen, Tisch und bequemen Stühlen (ebenfalls mit Auflagen). Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und frisch. Sie ist sehr umfänglich eingerichtet und hat Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine. Auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute Matratze! Wir legen auf genau diese Dinge großen Wert und waren daher sehr zufrieden! Nochmal Danke an Harald für alle Unterstützung!
