Property Description

Casa Miguel is a completely renovated and refurbished apartment located on the cliffs, in the first row.

The roof terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol and offers a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment comprises a living room with a separate dining area with wonderful sea views, a bedroom that also faces the sea, a shower room with underfloor heating, a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and an entrance area from which you can access the roof terrace via a staircase.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with TV and air conditioning (extra costs), which also has a heating function.

The location, furnishings and equipment of the flat promise an unforgettable stay. Among other things, there is a satellite TV (flat screen) with many German and English channels, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, free WiFi and a dishwasher,

Due to its complete renovation, its equipment and its heating system, the flat is ideal for wintering.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

Area Description

The fine sandy beach of Vale de Centeanes is just a five-minute walk away. A supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafés await you in the immediate vicinity.
In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, you will find sandy beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.

Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine park, golf courses, tennis centres, and a wide range of water sports facilities.

The summer season extends almost throughout the whole year.

Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Apolonia can be reached quickly by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks and the Monchique mountains with their height of over 900 metres are only a 30 minutes drive away.

Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves can be reached in less than an hour by car. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and/or Seville which are well worth a visit.

In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.
