Property Description
The apartment Konstantin is located in a quiet but central location, only a 10-minute walk from the town center. Restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The south-facing covered terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining.
The living and dining areas are furnished in a cozy, rustic country house style. From here you also have a lovely view of the Atlantic.
The apartment has TV and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, Swedish stove and free WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The double bedroom offers access to the bathroom with bathtub shower, which is decoratively tiled in white and blue.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
Area Description
This apartment is very quietly located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, yet within walking distance of restaurants, bars and stores and only a 10-minute walk from the town center, the beach and all amenities.
The famous Algar Seco rock formation can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. For hikers, the cliffs are a worthwhile destination for an exploration tour.
Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine park, golf courses, tennis centres, and a wide range of water sports facilities.
The beach season extends almost throughout the whole year.
Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Apolonia can be reached quickly by car.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks and the Monchique mountains with their height of over 900 metres are only a 30 minutes drive away.
Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves can be reached in less than an hour by car. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and/or Seville which are well worth a visit.
In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.

Fully serviced accommodation. Harald was very friendly and attentive. The views from the terrace of the accommodation are beautiful.
The accommodation is located in a privileged area of Carvoeiro. In 1 minute walk you find restaurants, markets, and gift stores. In 5 minutes walk you have the beach of Carvoeiro. At 3 minutes walking you find the Algar Seco. Beautiful place. Das Appartement war genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. (2 Personen) Es hat alles was man so braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig im Grünen gelegen, mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer, die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss erreichbar und ein Spaziergang auf den eindrücklichen Klippen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Wir möchten uns noch ganz herzlich bei Herrn Wittmann, dem überaus freundlichen Hausverwalter bedanken, der uns ganz unkompliziert bei der Bezahlung einer Parkbusse geholfen hat.
Da wir zu Hause auf einer relativ harten Matratze schlafen, haben wir uns mit dem sehr weichen Bett etwas schwer getan. Veröffentlicht auf Booking.com am 16. Oktober 2024

The lovely woman that met us at the office spoke very good English. We followed her by car to the apartment. The apartment was very cute. It had a real Portuguese feel with plaster walls and ceilings curved at the top and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom were small but functional. The living area had a floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass door that provided a great view. The outdoor space was big and the outdoor furniture was clean. Inside, the apartment was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Abgesehen von den nervigen Mücken hatten wir eine super Zeit. Die Küche könnte etwas größer sein. Der Balkon ist riesig und die Aussicht super schön. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Der Vermieter, Herr Wiedemann, ist super freundlich. Eine Reise lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist vollständig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon Richtung Meer. Durch Öffnung der großen Glasfront wirkt der Wohn- und Essbereich großzügig. Herr Wittmann von der Agentur war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch nachts nach verspätetem Flug freundlich zum Appartement geleitet. Wir hatten zwar einen Leihwagen, haben aber auch ohne diesen schöne Wanderungen an der Küste unternommen und konnten fussläufig lecker essen gehen. Viele Grüße an die Algarve! Ich war von Oktober bis Dezember hier und hatte eine super schöne Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Apartment. Der Balkon ist so groß, dass ich jeden Morgen Yoga machen konnte.
Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an den Klippen, wo man einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang erlebt. Direkt gegenüber vom Apartment ist ein kleiner Supermercado, mit allem, was man täglich braucht. Auch frische Backwaren. Ansonsten gibt es genug gute Restaurants, wo man gut essen kann.

Great Apartment with Sea View
5/5 Aufenthalt im Jan. 2019 roger m. We stayed here for nearly three months from January to April and really enjoyed it. Most morning we could have (a late) breakfast on the balcony. It is very convenient for restaurants. We recommend the Vimar and the Indiano. It is a short drive or shortish walk along the road or along the cliffs to Carvoeiro beach or east to Centienes beach, our favourite. The washing machine in the apartment was useful, drying is quick on the line on the balcony. You can also get a temporary gym and heated pool membership at the nearby Tivoli Hotel which we enjoyed. transfer driver dropped us in the wrong location but Harold was very kind and came to pick us up and show us to the apartment, very clean tidy place with all the facility's you can think of, perfect location with great views

The apartment has a great location, it is close both to the town centre and two beaches. It is really comfortable and well-equipped, the mattresses on the beds are really comfortable. We could enjoy sea-view from the terrace and the living room, although we would have appreciated curtains to feel less exposed. The flat had also great wifi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement bien équipé et confortable est très bien situé face à l'océan, et très proche des commerces et boutiques (on peut tout faire à pieds), il est au calme, légèrement reculé de l'agitation touristique. Nous avons pris nos repas sur sa jolie terrasse donnant sur l'océan, un plus trés appréciable. Harald notre hôte nous a trés bien accueilli, très à l'écoute et disponible à tout instant. De plus, à cet endroit là, toute la côte est bien aménagée de chemins, de passerelles en bois le long des falaises offrant des balades à couper le souffle tant le paysage est exceptionnel !!! Quelques rando bien balisées sont également possibles, donnant sur de merveilleuses criques, mais attention l'eau est très fraîche, prévoir pour de la plongée une petite combi ! Je recommande sans problème ce logement !

Aug. 2018 The apartment is very well located, at the entrance of the village. It's located in a rather quiet neighbourhood at only 500 m of the 'Praia de Carvoeiro' - centre and the beach. Our host Harald was very attentive and helpful. All needed comfort is available in the small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very spacious for 2 adults, with an enjoyable balcony. Some things can get improved: The pretty hard bed, and we should feel more confortable to have more non-german spoken channels on tv. Anyhow an ideal place to start from, making trips in Algarve. The owner will be here at the end of September and buy a new bed for the apartment. The TV channels are from Satelit Astra, I think it offers a good variety of channels in many languages. Harald

Es ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die großzügige Kücheneinrichtung machte es leicht, selbst zu kochen. Andererseits erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten einige sehr schöne Restaurans, von traditioneller portugiesischer Küche über sehr schicke italienische bis hin zu asiatischen. Auf dem sehr schönen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick hat man die absolute Ruhe, um zu relaxen, zu lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick zu genießen. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und die Betreuung Vorort war vorbildlich. Wir werden wiederkommen! Meine Antwort Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung, ich hoffe auf ein Wiedersehen. Harald

5. Dez. 2018 Tolle Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick Estrada do Algar Sêco , 8400-525, Carvoeiro, Portugal Aufenthalt 17. Nov. 2018 Der Urlaub hier war einfach wunderbar! Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt (außer, dass man zu Hause nicht mit Meerblick frühstücken kann:). Auch die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur war super, Herr Wittmann war bei Problemchen oder Wünschen immer direkt zur Stelle und hat uns gleich freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen.
