Property Description

Casa Alegria is located directly on the cliffs with a fantastic sea view.

From the brightly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed, flat-screen TV and air conditioning, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with sea views. The terrace has a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and parasol.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60m) and air conditioning. Both the living room and the bedroom offer nice sea views.
The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, a large fridge/freezer combination. The washing machine is located in an anteroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with fast WLAN.

The beach of Centeanes is only a 5-minute walk away. Two small supermarkets and several restaurants can be reached on foot in 2 to 10 minutes.

Area Description

In the centre of Carvoeiro, which can be reached by car in five minutes, you will find a beach, banks with ATMs, the post office, many small shops for strolling, a market with Portuguese handicrafts and numerous restaurants.

There are many golf courses, riding centres, tennis centres, large shopping centres, supermarkets, a diving school and water parks in the surrounding area. Swimming is possible almost all year round. With a car you can visit the endless beaches of the Algarve.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve. These include beautiful beaches and rock formations, the Monchique Mountains with their more than 900 metres of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (approx. three hours‘ drive) or an exciting day trip to Seville in Spain (approx. two hours’ drive).

In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.

Tourist tax: 1 November to 31 March €1 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days

                  1 April to 31 October € 2 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days

There is no tourist tax for children under the age of 13.

The minimum rental period is 5 nights.

The final cleaning is € 70,00
