Property Description
The apartment Bela Vista No. 4 is in a small apartment complex with communal pool on the first fllor with seperate entrance.
It have a living room with air conditioning (extra charge), flat screen TV, fireplace with heating cassette, kitchenette with all appliances and a dining area. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with sea view.
On the terrace there is a table and chairs as well as sun beds.
The bedroom also have air conditioning (extra charge) and in the winter months it is heated by the fireplace in the living room via a ventilation shaft.
The modern bathroom have a shower.
Washer and dryer are in a small room which can be reached from the terrace.
The shared pool with sun loungers is directly opposite.
Area Description
Your apartment is located in a terraced house, very quiet, yet centrally located in the district of Monte Carvoeiro, Carvoeiro.
It is 5 to 10 minutes walk to Praia do Paraiso beach.
The village is about 10 minutes to, in the center you will find restaurants, bars, shops and the famous beach Praia do Carvoeiro.
You do not necessarily need a car here.
Nevertheless, we recommend a rental car.
In Carvoeiro you have the ideal starting point for your activities.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Blick. Man kann von der Terrasse schön den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Super für einen Urlaub zu zweit.

Very pleasant apartment with a small terrace and access to the pool in the small development. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed. Sun loungers available, as well as a parasol and beach chairs. Ideally located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, with sea views...! Carvoeiro beach and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away! Ideal for waking up in the morning or going to the beach at any time of day! If we ever come back to the area, we'll be staying at this property again! We were very well received by Harald, who is very friendly! Many thanks to him!

Die wirklich schöne Dachterasse,schöne Locations und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar,sehr freundliche Leute.Kleine Mängel im App.wurden umgehend vom Eigentümer behoben.Über Harald haben wir ein günstiges und wirklich sehr gutes Mietauto bekommen..und dass,bei spontaner kurzfristiger Buchung.
Die Matratzen sind sehr weich,wer gerne härter liegt,sollte sich darauf einstellen.Ein paar Handtücher mehr wären angebracht. Veröffentlicht auf Booking.com am 26. Mai 2024

Das sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Apartment liegt in einer Sackgasse und hat einen fantastischen Blick von der Küche und der Terrasse auf das Meer. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermercado mit frischer Backware und Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf. Direkt daneben ein nettes Restaurant, wo man mittags Prato do Dia (Tagesgerichte) bekommt. Carvoeiro Zentrum ist auch fußläufig ohne Probleme in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Monte Carvoeiro ist sehr ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Sollte es ein Problemchen oder Fragen geben, ist man bei Harald Wittmann sehr gut aufgehoben!
Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit von Dezember bis März!

Von Dezember bis März hatte ich eine super schöne Zeit hier. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich mit einem Kamin eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Supermercado mit allem, was man täglich braucht und frischen Backwaren ist direkt um die Ecke. Bis zum nächsten Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten und ins Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten. Das Apartment liegt in einer Sackgasse und somit ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Harald Wittmann steht Ihnen bei allen Fragen etc. vertrauensvoll zur Seite.
Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung an idealer Lage
5/5 Aufenthalt im Aug. 2019 Marcel G. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung zentrumsnah gelegen und doch weg vom Touristenstrom. Ideal für 2 Personen. Man fühlt sich von Beginn sehr wohl und fast wie zu Hause. Gute und praktische Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber welcher gut erreichbar ist und wertvolle Informationen weitergibt. Die Aufwertung zum Objekt ist der Gemeinschaftspool. Immer wieder. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung ungern verlassen. Was man im Objekt lieben muss, sind die eher harten Matratzen. Veröffentlicht: 16. Sommerurlaub 2019

Me encanto el poder desayunar viendo el mar. El apartamento es muy cómodo y el lugar si está funcionando al 100% el holiday center maravilloso. Puedes disfrutar del silencio a diferencia del centro de Carovoeiro al que se tarda en llegar no más de 10 minutos andando. Hay varios restaurantes que funcionan muy bien y se agradecen después de un día intenso de playa. El wifi funciona estupendamente. Y la piscina está muy bien para terminar el día de sol.
La ropa de cama. Me hubiera gustado unas sábanas mejores y más suaves. Tampoco me gusto el olor del baño porque parece que hay problemas con las tuberías. 02.09.2020 Booking.com

Harald hat uns auch am späten Abend sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns durch die Einrichtung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Toller Ausblick, schöner Pool, sehr zentral in Richtung Stadt und Landschaft. Das Geschirr war leider nicht immer sauber und das Bett nicht der Austattung entsprechend. Ansonsten alles perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
