Property Description
Here you live directly in the first row by the sea. The nearest beach of Vale Centeanes is a 3-minute walk away.
The living room, bedroom and terrace face the ocean and offer a wonderful sea view. On the terrace there is a dining table for 4 people, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and parasol.
There are 2 sofas in the living room with dining area, allowing 2 more people to sleep if required. Both the living area and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The apartment also has free WiFi.
The kitchen has an electric hob with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and shower.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
Area Description
The fine sandy beach of Vale de Centeanes is just a three-minute walk away. A supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafés await you in the immediate vicinity.
In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, you will find sandy beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.
Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine park, golf courses, tennis centres, and a wide range of water sports facilities.
The beach season extends almost throughout the whole year.
Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Apolonia can be reached quickly by car.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks and the Monchique mountains with their height of over 900 metres are only a 30 minutes drive away.
Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves can be reached in less than an hour by car. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and/or Seville which are well worth a visit.
In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.

There is no tourist tax for children under the age of 13.

We loved our stay at Casa Rosa. The apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice coolness inside without the need for air conditioning. We really enjoyed the terrace, with its view of the sea and the path along the cliffs. We cooked on the BBQ, which was really nice in the Algarve's fine weather. Vale de Centianes beach was a 5-minute walk away, and we could drive to other beaches not far away.
We loved being outside the village, it was so quiet with the sound of the sea and the birds. A mother cat came with her kitten every day, we fed them, they were nice and calm. I hope the travelers will continue to take care of them. I'm not sure they belong to anyone, they deserve some food and attention. Harald was very kind, and answered our questions promptly. Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. All amenities available to have a comfortable stay. I only missed some basic products, like e.g. coffee and spices. In addition, it looks a little bigger in the pictures.
Beautifully located on top of the cliff, right by the sea. Communication with Harald was smooth. Published on Airbnb in January 2024 Reply from host: "Hello Ivo, thank you for the rating. For the start, I put toilet paper, sponge, kitchen paper, washing-up liquid and hand washing soap in the flat, spices etc. are only there if the previous tenant leaves something in the flat. The location is wonderful, your backyard patio is the ocean and Vales Suspensos trail. The unit is well equipped with everything you need to live, cook.

In der Wohnung gibt es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, einen elektrischen Entsafter durch den man sich frischen Saft beschaffen kann, einen großen Kühlschrank mit einem schnell frierenden Gefrierfach, Schirme für den Strand, einen Meeresblick von der Terrasse aus, schnelles Internet und einen freundlichen Empfang auf Deutsch. Ich würde diese ausgezeichnete Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Logement agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une merveilleuse vue sur la mer, très proche de la plage, accessible à pied en bord de falaises. Fabuleux !

The apartment is exactly as described in the photos, very well equipped and has everything you need to spend a great time there.
The location is perfect: just take the beach towel, walk 200 meters and we are already on a beautiful beach. But the cherry on top of the cake is that you can look at the sea 24 hours a day, whether you are inside the apt or on the terrace. I was in love with a huge and beautiful pine tree that is in front of the terrace that gave me shade and coolness on very hot days. Within a radius of 5 km, we have countless beautiful beaches (it's mandatory to go to the Marinha beach). If you like hiking, you can visit them through a wonderful route over the cliffs (Seven Hanging Valleys Trail). This trail starts in front of this apartment and ends at Marinha beach. Harald was very communicative, punctual, helpful and friendly. We would gladly work with him again. When we arrived I felt I had walked right into the photo that attracted me to the place, a patio with barbecue overlooking the Atlantic. The place functioned well, with plenty of space for our plan to shop locally and cook dinners at home, eating outside. Harald gave us lots of tips about things to see and answered our many questions with patience and good cheer. The only drawback was that we went in high season and there were lots of tourists at the local beaches and such. We had a wonderful and memorable time there and would recommend it.

Wir waren anfang Dezember für 2 Wochen in der Rosa u. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist optimal eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist super. Herr Wittmann war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir 2 junge leute18 u. 20 waren für 2 wochen im Apartment Rosa ( Sept. )
Das Apartment ist prima eingerichtet u. war sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist umwerfend. Der Strand ist top. Der kleine Supermarkt ist ziemlich teuer aber ALDI ist nicht weit. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
