Apartment Leni is located on the 6th floor in the Colina Sol apartment block, directly above the beach of Vale Centianes. Since the apartment complex is built in the hillside you come almost at ground level into the apartment.

It is a modern, cozy apartment with fantastic sea views. The living room with dining area and adjoining kitchen has direct access to the large terrace. It is equipped with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a CD player.

The two bedrooms with double beds have air conditioning (extra) and each have a modern bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances.

The dining area on the terrace invites you to have breakfast. On the comfortable lounge furniture, which is also on the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset with a good glass of red wine.

The beach can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot, restaurants, a bar and a small supermarket in 5 minutes.

Area Description

In the center of Carvoeiro, which can be reached by car in five minutes, you will find a beach, banks with ATMs, the post office, many small shops for strolling, a market with Portuguese handicrafts and restaurants. German and English doctors work on site.

In the vicinity there are many golf courses, equestrian center, tennis center, large shopping centers, supermarkets, a diving school and water parks. Bathing is possible almost all year round. By car, you can visit the endless beaches of the Algarve.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to discover the Algarve. These include u.a. beautiful beaches and rock formations, the Monchique Mountains with its more than 900 meters altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic places such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (journey time about three hours) or an exciting day trip to the Spanish city of Seville (journey time approx. two hours).

In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.
