Property Description
The cozy furnitured apartment GIL is located directly on the Atlantic. The very tasteful, maritime - themed furnishing gives it a nice touch.
The apartment has a living room, a dining area and a bedroom both with sea views, a bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. The living room has a new sofa bed.
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful sea view and can experience unforgettable sunsets. There is a built –in BBQ, water supply. Sun beds and parasols complete the terrace.
The apartment facilities include satellite TV and (with flat screen TV), stereo, washing machine and heating, making it suitable for long term rental in Winter.
There is also a wood stove in the living room
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
Area Information
It is approx. a five minutes' walk you to the local sandy beach, Vale Centeanes, and nearby you will find restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The beautiful town of Carvoeiro, with all its facilities, including banks ATMs, post office, restaurants, English and German medical care and many small.
The apartment Gil is located directly on the cliffs just outside Carvoeiro in a very quiet location.
To Carvoeiro it is a 20 minute walk. on a small path on the cliffs
The beach you can find in a 3 minutes walk. At a distance 5 - 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, a snack bar, a pizzeria and other nice restaurants. The nearest golf course Vale do Milho is a 7-minute walk.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Die Betreuung durch Harald war gut und der Ablauf hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein. Traumausblick!
5/5 Aufenthalt im Aug. 2020 Daria E. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Auftenhalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie war auf jeden Fall groß genug für uns und gemütlich. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend, Restaurants, ein Spar Markt und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen, wir würden aber dennoch für weitere Ausflüge ein Auto empfehlen. Der Ausblick von den Fenster und der Dachterasse war einfach unschlagbar und eigentlich das schönste! Bei der Kommunikation mit Herr Wittmann gab es auch absolut keine Probleme. Haus auf der Klippe am Meer
5/5 Aufenthalt im Juli 2020 Christine Q. Die mediterrane ( mit zum Teil mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gegenständen ) Einrichtung finde ich persönlich entzückend, wer es modern mag oder Luxus erwartet, wählt lieber ein anderes Appartement. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und aus den Fenstern auf den Atlantik ist so schön, dass wir kleinere Mängel gerne in Kauf nahmen. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen und wir fühlten uns gut betreut.Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Veröffentlicht: 6. Aug. 2020

Jun. 2018 If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a magnificent ocean view and close to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the Algarve, this is certainly a good choice. Restaurants, bares and supermarkets are in walking distance as well. The balcony on the rooftop has a grill (which was highly appreciated) and it’s perfect for sunloungers and relax. The kitchen is well equipped (even has a washing machine) and the apartment well maintained and clean (this apartment has a more maritime style to it, if you are looking for a more modern style, you should check the other apartments from this owner). The owner is attentive and always reachable by phone. We had our 7-month baby with us and were provided with a baby cot. Fresh oranges and lemons from the owners garden were displayed in front of the office for the guests so we had a lovely fresh orange juice every morning! Also a bottle of wine and water were provided on arrival - what a nice touch! Great place to enjoy a nice vacation - I would definitely recommend it! Meine Antwort Thank you for your good rating. Wir können Harald Wittmann und dem Algarve Holidaycenter nur danken. Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub. Das Appartment war toll, aber Hr. Wittmann hat uns noch viele andere Appartments gezeigt. Im Mai/Juni haben wir zwei Freundinnen (Mitte 20) in der netten Wohnung Gil Urlaub gemacht, denken immer noch träumerisch an den tollen Urlaub zurück und möchten uns auch nochmals bei dem Algarve HolidayCenter-Team bedanken - es war ein super Urlaub. Die atemberaubende Aussicht, die wir sowohl vom Schlafzimmer/Esszimmer aus, aber natürlich auch von der fantastischen Dachterrasse aus täglich genossen haben, werden wir nie vergessen. Sehr schnell haben wir uns heimisch gefühlt, und uns gefreut, wenn wir von Strandausflügen oder anderen Ausflügen ins Land in "unsere" Wohnung zurückgekehrt sind. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, es ist ausgesprochen sauber und man kann den Urlaub so richtig genießen. Der frische Fisch bruzelte auf dem gemauerten Grill auf der Dachterrasse, vor uns nichts als die großartigen Felsformationen und der endlose Ozean, wir saßen oft noch lange in die Nacht mit einem Glas Rotwein auf der Dachterrasse und bewunderten einfach nur das Meer und die Idylle. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und überkomplett eingerichtet, mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Dachterrasse, über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar, íst unvergleichlich. Ein Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, viele schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt in 200 Metern. 10 tolle Golfplätze in maximal 30 Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermittler, ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Fazit - es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir heuer wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen. Das Appartement war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider hatte es sehr viele Ameisen in der Wohnung, obwohl wir keine Lebensmittel herumliegen hatten. Gefährlich und nichts für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder, ist die steile Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war aber wunderbar!!Die Angabe, dass es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand sei ist nicht wahr. Wir hatten gute 20 Minuten. Und es war sehr mühsam! Alles nur Treppen und sehr steil. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir fürchterlichen Muskelkater und nahmen nur noch das Auto zum Strand.
