Property Description

Apartment CENTIANES SOL is located about 50 metres from the coastline of the Atlantic Ocean.

The well equipped apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view. It is decorated in a modern style.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, one with doublebed, one with two single beds,  two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with satellite TV. Both bedrooms and the living room have Aircon.

The terrace is equipped with a sitting area, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue, and is perfect for relaxing on.

This apartment is also ideal for long term rentals in winter.

Area Description

The fine sandy beach Vale de Centeanes is about two minutes walk away.

Two supermarkets, restaurants, bars and Cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.

In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, there is a fine sandy beach, restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.

Medical care is available with English speaking doctors.

Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding Centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centre, and plenty of water sports facilities.

The summer season extends almost throughout the whole year.

Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Lidl can be reached quickly by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve.

There are plenty of coastal walks, the Monchique mountains over 900 metres high,

SAGRES the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves.

Interesting day trips to Lisbon and Seville are also possible and are well worth seeing.
In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.
