The apartment comprises a living room with adjoining dining area, which offers a great sea view and access to the terrace.

From the bedroom, you can look out through the terrace door directly onto the ocean.

The modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and more.
The bathroom with shower is also designed in a modern style. The apartment has a closed entrance area.
The furnishings and fittings are of a high standard and promise a pleasant living atmosphere.

The equipment includes: Air conditioning (optional), satellite TV, washing machine, DVD, barbecue, heating and free WiFi.

Parking is available directly in front of the apartment.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

Area Description

The fine sandy beach of Vale de Centeanes is just a five-minute walk away. A supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafés await you in the immediate vicinity.
In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, you will find sandy beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.

Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine park, golf courses, tennis centres, and a wide range of water sports facilities.

The summer season extends almost throughout the whole year.

Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Apolonia can be reached quickly by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks and the Monchique mountains with their height of over 900 metres are only a 30 minutes drive away.

Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves can be reached in less than an hour by car. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and/or Seville which are well worth a visit.

In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.

The price is valid for an occupancy of 2 persons, extraperson on request.

Tourist tax: 1 November to 31 March €1 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days

                  1 April to 31 October € 2 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days

There is no tourist tax for children under the age of 13.

The minimum stay is 5 days.

The final cleaning costs are € 70,00
