Property Description

The apartment Al Gharb impresses with its immediate location on the Atlantic Ocean.

The holiday accommodation comprises two bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with pellet stove. SAT-TV and sea view, a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace.

On the terrace there are sun loungers, a table, chairs and a barbecue. This is the ideal place to relax with a drink and enjoy the sea view.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning (extra costs) and heating, making it ideal for long-term rentals in winter.

Vale de Centeanes beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

Area Description

The fine sandy beach of Vale de Centeanes is just a five-minute walk away. A supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafés await you in the immediate vicinity.
In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, you will find sandy beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.

Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine park, golf courses, tennis centres, and a wide range of water sports facilities.

The beach season extends almost throughout the whole year.

Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Apolonia can be reached quickly by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks and the Monchique mountains with their height of over 900 metres are only a 30 minutes drive away.

Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves can be reached in less than an hour by car. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and/or Seville which are well worth a visit.

In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.

There is no tourist tax for children under the age of 13.

The minimum rental period is 5 days.
